Custom Bottle Preform Molds

The mold features a compact and precision-engineered overall structure, with the entire mold base made of stainless steel 420. The mold base is machined using high-precision, Japanese-made Mazak equipment to ensure excellent concentricity of the entire mold frame.

Customization of molding components such as mold cores, cavities, and threads.

Imported high-strength corrosion-resistant steel S136 from Swedish ASSAB (material purchase and heat treatment certificates provided).Thread coating: DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating from iXeon (formerly Balzers) of Switzerland, which reduces wear and significantly extends thread service life.
